The golden one seems to be thinking about something else entirely. Facing the same potential situation I opted for 'image appears broken' measure -- the longer I sat thinking of an image that would appear universally disturbing I realised that someone somewhere is gonna get turned on by any default image I slotted in ... and undoubtedly those people would hotlink me.
